4. Subscription and Payment

Use Output to develop models that compete with TurboGSA.

Ownership: MASwizard and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights.

License: MASwizard grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

MASwizard and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
MASwizard’s total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
